What to do (for Teachers):
- Code #1: During an Earthquake- Stop, Drop, Hold-on, and Stay until the Earthquake is over
(read the insert page for details)Then Lead students to assembly location (map: area C )
- Code #2: Lead students to assembly location (map: area C )
- Code #3: Lock the door and stay inside, and wait to hear from Emergency Personnel or other authority before unlocking the door
- In the event of an Emergency, the designated emergency team member(s) will alert parents via cell phone or paging system that an Emergency Code is activated

COCOCS Emergency Act
- COCOCS Emergency directions:
- Code #1 & #2: Emergency Team personnel guides the evacuation from areas A, B to assembly area C
- Teachers: Check students against attendance form or online attendance via Teacher Portal , report to emergence team personnel at the assembly area C
- Code #3: Stay locked inside the classroom
- Teachers: Wait to hear from Emergency Personnel or other authority before unlocking the door
Medical Emergency:
- Teachers and Room Parents:
- Call 911 in a life-threatening emergence
- Contact On-Duty Member at the Office Desk (room LA107 or general room LA112)
