School Fundraising

School raises funds throughout the school year so that we are able to host all of the wonderful programs we sponsor each year. All of the great activities, including Teacher's appreciation bouquet , Halloween Ice Cream Social, Chinese New Year Parade, Spring Festival, EP Contest prizes, year-end Parent appreciation and many others are made financially possible by parents' participation in many of our fundraising programs.

Thank you very much to all our CCCS administrators, staff, teachers, parents, and volunteers for working so hard to obtain donations for our 2017 Chinese New Year Fundraiser. Your support and dedication to CCCS is staggering and we are honored by your generosity.

Below are some rules for our Silent Auction. Please take a moment to review them.

1. By bidding in silent auction, each bidder agrees to the following rules.

2. Register for bidding number and use your bidding number to place bids.

3. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds. All items are “as is.”

4. Bids and incremental bids that don’t meet the minimum bid requirement will be invalid.

5. Payments for items purchased must be made in full on the night of the auction. We accept cash, check (made out to CCCS PTA), and credit cards (credit cards acceptable for purchases over $50). Please allow 30 minutes after bidding has ended before heading to pay and claim items.

6. Following payments, you may pick up your purchases in the checkout area. You must show paid receipt for items to be picked up.

7. Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from CCCS, administrators, staff, teachers, donors, event organizers, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.

What is Scrip? An easy way to support CCCS! It is a matching fund program that enables store like Macy, whole food, Target (to name a few) to donate a percentage of their profits to our school without costing you a dime.  The percentage after each merchant represents the matching fund the CCCS receives. For example, if you buy a $100 gift card from Macy, Macy gives 10% ($10) to our school. It is a win/win for all of us! Great for gifts, like year-end teacher appreciation gift, birthday, anniversary, mother’s day and father’s day, etc. 

It is easy, just fill out a SCRIP ORDER Form PDF (click the link below) and hand it in with your payment to purchase gift cards. Write a check to "CCCS PTA" and turn it in to the PTA staff (Snack Bar outside of LA107) or your classroom teacher.
